Life Skills & Foundations of Self
We start with the Foundations of Self, which means learning how YOU work.
Why? Because you can't manage something you don't understand.
Self-Awareness gives you a choice. Without it, we tend to act automatically. With it, we can begin asking, "Why am I doing this - and is this how I want to respond?"

When Disagreement Becomes Disconnection
Not every uncomfortable relationship is a toxic relationship. Someone disagreeing with you is not automatically disrespect. Someone not doing what you want is not defiance. Someone criticizing something you said is not necessarily attacking you. Someone liking a person you dislike isn't betrayal. And feeling uncomfortable in a conversation doesn't necessarily mean the relationship is unsafe. Sometimes it simply means two human beings see something differently.
Healthy relationships aren't built by finding people who never upset us. They're built by developing the skills necessary to navigate the moments when they inevitably do.
